摘要
为探寻土地利用结构与产业结构之间的关联性,以河北省曲周县为例,选取2011—2017年土地利用及社会经济等统计数据,构建基于产业的土地利用分类体系,采用信息熵、结构变化率、偏差系数、单位产值占地率、Pearson相关系数等模型与指标,分析土地利用结构和产业结构的现状与变化情况,并深入探析二者之间的相互关系。结果表明:(1)曲周县作为处于工业化早中期过渡阶段的农业大县,其第一产业用地、第二产业分别主导土地利用结构、产业结构的变化,目前存在着土地利用供需矛盾日益尖锐、产业结构发展不均衡等问题;(2)曲周县产业结构变化强度大于土地利用结构变化强度,土地利用结构与产业结构的发展不同步、不协调,第一和第三产业用地的利用效率过低,土地利用集约度有待进一步提升,第二产业的发展与土地利用结构变化存在一定的内在联系。因此,曲周县应全面提升第一产业用地效率,推进第二产业高质量发展及其产业空间的集约利用,加快产业结构调整与转型,合理安排第三产业、后备产业用地布局,同时加强土地利用政策和产业发展政策的衔接,促进二者共同优化。
To explore the correlation between land use structure and industrial structure,Quzhou County in Hebei Province was taken as the study case,and the land use and socio-economic data from 2011 to 2017 were used.An industry-based land use classification system was constructed,the information entropy,structure change rate,deviation coefficient,land occupation rate per unit output value,Pearson correlation coefficient were adopted in this study to analyze current situation and change situation of land use structure and industrial structure,and the correlation between the two.The results showed that:(1)Quzhou County as a large agricultural county in the transitional stage of early and middle industrialization,its primary industry land and secondary industry led the change of land use structure and industrial structure,respectively.However,there were some problems such as the increasingly acute contradiction between supply and demand of land use and the unbalanced development of industrial structure.(2)The change degree of industrial structure was greater than that of land use structure in Quzhou County,and the development of land use structure and industrial structure were not synchronized and coordinated.The use efficiency of primary and tertiary industry land,and intensity of land use needed to be further improved.The development of secondary industry and the change of land use structure had an internal relationship.It is concluded that Quzhou County should comprehensively improve the land use efficiency of primary industry,promote high-quality development of secondary industry and the intensive use of its industrial space,accelerate industrial restructuring and transforming,arrange the layout of tertiary industry land and reserve industry land reasonably,strengthen the connection of land use policy and industrial development policy to promote the collaborative optimization of the two.
