摘要
以资产增值的视角研究土地集约利用及产业结构优化间的互动关系,采用DEA方法实证研究上海、江苏和安徽三省市2000～2007年土地集约利用的效率及Malmquist指数,经由静态和动态分析发现由于资产的增值效应,土地的集约化利用程度与产业结构优化呈正相关,同时土地利用存在集约边界,这对当前的房地产调控政策具有一定的借鉴意义。
Studies the interactive relationship between the intensive utilization of land and optimization of the industrial structure from the perspective of asset value added.Using the DEA method,the paper makes empirical research of the land intensive utilization efficiency and Malmquist index in Shanghai,Jiangsu and Anhui province from 2000 to 2007.According to the static and dynamic analysis,finds that as the appreciation of asset effect,the positive relationship between the level of the intensive land using and industrial structure optimization,and the use of land has intensive boundary.
