摘要
在天然甘露醇的生产中 ,应用中空纤维超滤技术改进传统的精制工艺 ,去除糖胶、颗粒等杂质 .纯化后的产品可改善大输液的生产工艺 ,满足出口产品的要求 .近两年的实际应用表明 ,该新技术的开发和应用是成功的 .
The hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane was used to remove organic colloids and particles in the production of natural mannitol.The effects of membrane fouling,temperature and pressure on membrane flux were studied.The NaOH of 0.4～1 mol/L was shown an ideal cleaning solution to restore membrane flux.Using the purified mannitol makes the process improved in production of bottled mannitol for injection.
