摘要
目的探讨HCV感染与凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax及ICH-1表达的关系及其在肝癌发生中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法观察40例肝细胞性肝癌组织中HCV抗原（NS5抗原）、bcl-2、bax及ICH-1的表达。结果40例肝癌组织中NS5抗原阳性11例,阳性率为27.5％,癌旁组织阳性5例,阳性率为12.5％。11例HCV阳性的肝癌组织中bcl-2阳性1例,bax阳性1例,两者之比为1:1;ICH-1L阳性5例,ICH-1S阳性6例,两者之比为1:1.2;29例HCV阴性的肝癌中bcl-2阳性5例,bax阳性7例,两者之比为1:1.4,ICH-1L阳性10例,ICH-1S阳性15例,两者之比为1:1.5。两组间比较均无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论bcl-2、bax及ICH-1基因表达异常可能与肝细胞癌变有关,但HCV可能不是引起bcl-2、bax及ICR-1表达异常的主要原因。
Objective To study the association between hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection and expression of apoptosis-related gene bcl-2, box and ICH-l, and explore the significance of HCV infection in the tumorigenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The expression of HCV antigen (NS5) along with bcl-2, box and ICH-l proteins was investigated in 40 specimens of hepatocellular carcinomas by immunohistochemistry method, with 13 normal liver tissues serving as control. Results Eleven carcinoma specimens were positive forNSS antigen, accounting for a positive rate of 27.5%, and 5 tissue specimens adjacent to the carcinomas were identified as positive, with a rate of 12.5%. Of the 11 carcinoma tissues positive for NS5, bcl-2 and box were positive respectively in 1 case (showing a ratio of 1:1), and ICH-IL and ICH-IS were positive in 5 and 6 cases respectively (showing a ratio of 1:1.2). Among the 29 NS5-negative cases, bcl-2 and box were positive in 6 and 7 cases respectively constituting a ratio of 1:1.4, while ICH-1L and ICH-1S were identified in 10 and 15 cases respectively, at the ratio of 1:1.5. No significant differences were found between NS5-positive and -negative groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Aberrant expression of bcl-2, box and ICH-l may be related to HCC genesis, but HCV infection may not be the principal cause for their expression aberrance.
