摘要
为研究锦红片 (由红藤、蒲公英、生大黄等组成 )治疗急性胆道感染的疗效。将 60例急性胆道感染患者 ,以前瞻简单随机法 ,分为中药组和西药对照组各 3 0例。西药组单独抗生素治疗 ,中药组在此基础上加用锦红片。观察两组患者临床症状体征 ,及其相关理化指标的变化。结果 :中药组在缓解临床症状和体征方面优于西药组 ,并能显著缩短急性胆道感染患者的病程。提示具有清热通下作用的锦红片 。
In order to study the therapeutic effect of 'Winter Cherry and Sargentgloryvine Tablets' (composed of Caulis Sargentodoxae,Herba Taraxaci,and Radix Rhei,etc.) in the treatment of acute biliary infection,60 cases of acute biliary infection were divided simply and randomly into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated simply with antibiotics and the treatment group was added with 'Winter Cherry and Sargentgloryvine Tablets',to observe the changes in the clinical symptoms and signs and related physicochemical indexes in the patients of the two groups.The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the relief of the clinical symptoms and signs and the duration could be remarkably shortened in the patients with acute biliary infection.The findings indicate that 'Winter Cherry and Sargentgloryvine Tablets',in the functions to clear away heat and promote purgation,possesses a better action in the treatment of acute biliary infection.
