摘要
目的观察加味锦红汤治疗脓毒症的临床疗效及其对血WBC、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血浆内毒素、TNF-α、IL-10的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组在西医常规基础上加用加味锦红汤,对照组仅予以西医常规治疗。两组疗程均为14天,观察临床疗效,以及中医证候积分、血WBC、CRP、血浆内毒素、TNF-α、IL-10水平变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为83.33%、73.33%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组减少中医证候积分,以及下调血清TNF-α、IL-10、CRP、血浆内毒素水平的作用优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论加味锦红汤结合西医常规治疗脓毒症疗效确切,可能与加味锦红汤抗内毒素、调节免疫功能、促进促炎与抗炎平衡有关。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified ＂Jinhong Decoction＂ in treating sepsis and to explore its effects on WBC, CRP, endotoxin, TNF-α and IL-10. Methods Sixty cases were randomized into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Control group was treated by western medicine, and treatment group was added with ＂Jinhong Decoction＂, with the course of 14 days. The clinical efficacy, TCM symptom score and levels of WBC, CRP, endotoxin, TNF-α and IL-10 were observed. Results The clinical efficacy and TCM symptom score in the treatment group were superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; down-regulation of TNF-α, IL- 10, CRP and endotoxin in the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Combined modified ＂Jinhong Decoction＂ and western conventional therapy has certain effects on sepsis, which may be association with anti-endotoxin, regulating immune function and promoting proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory eytokines.
