摘要
目的:研究锦红片在胆源性胰腺炎治疗中的作用。方法:将48例胆源性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例,经ERCP治疗后,对照组给予西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上加以锦红片口服,观察两组患者相关理化指标的变化以及疗效。结果:治疗组能缩短总胆红素恢复正常时间,并能产生一定的疗效。结论:锦红片在对胆源性胰腺炎的治疗中有较好的作用。
Objective ： To discuss the effect of acute biliary pancreatitis treated by Jinhong Pill. Methods ： 48 cases with acute biliary panereatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups （ control group and treatment group）. Western therapy following ERCP was carried out on the patients in control group, while Jinhong Pill was added to the patients in treatment group. The changes of related physical and chemical indexes were observed. Results ： In treatment group the time of total bilirubin back to normal was shortened. Conclusion：Jinhong Pill has better effect on acute biliary pancreatitis.
