摘要
教师课堂教学影响力是教师在课堂教学中影响和改变学生心理和行为的能力 ,它对课堂教学效果、质量有着直接作用。从教师课堂教学影响力的构成看 ,包含了权力性影响力和自然性影响力。
Influence of teaching work in class which is the teacher′s capability of influencing and changing the students′ mind and activity plays an important role in improving the effect and quality of teaching.On the basis of the formation of influence of teaching work in calss,this paper analyses the characteristics and connotation of the powerful influence and the natural influence,and then discusses how to improve this influence.
