摘要
我们传统的教育方式是教师为主导,在课堂上扮演着绝对主角的角色。案例式教学不应该仅仅是运用案例使学生更好地掌握理论知识,也应该让学生参与到案例的编写,使学生的兴趣充分地发挥出来。教师转变其主角的位置,从引导方面发挥其作用,让学生充分地在课堂上发散思维,而不只是跟着教师的思路走。引入案例式教学的意义和作用有利于活跃课堂氛围,增强学生之间的讨论;提高教师的教学质量,培养学生的主观能动性并找到归属感;有利于理论联系实际,更好地把握理论的运用。学生在案例式教学中的作用主要体现在四个方面:学习效率的提升;促进教学;评估;反馈。
The traditional teaching style in China is teacher-centered,and the teacher plays the dominate role in classroom.Case teaching can not only enable students to grasp theoretical knowledge better,but let them involve in the writing the case,which can stimulate students' interest.Teacher is not the leading role,but the guide to assist students to think divergently.The meaning and role of case teaching lie in activating the classroom atmosphere to more discussion;improving the teaching quality to cultivate students' subjective initiative and find the sense of belonging;benefiting the theory with practice to better grasp the application of theory.There are four roles of students in case teaching: promotion in learning efficiency,improvement of teaching,evaluation,feedback.
