摘要
实验采用L9(34 )正交试验法对黄连解毒巴布剂的基质进行筛选。结果认为A1 B2 C2 为最佳配比即阿拉伯树胶粉 :明胶 :甘油 =1∶0 1∶2 ,提取物含量为 30 % ;同时观察了本制剂透皮吸收与氮酮的促透皮吸收作用 ,采用改良Francz扩散池 ,选择小檗碱为指标。结果表明 :小檗碱可缓慢透过小鼠皮肤 ;1 %氮酮使小檗碱的体外透皮速率及透过量有显著性增加 ,3 %、 5 %有极显著性增加。
L9(3 4) Orthogonal design was used to select the optimum formula of bases of Huanglianjiedu cataplasm. Results showed the optimum formula of bases was A 1B 2C 2 or acacia gum: gelatin: glycerol=1∶0 1∶2, and the content of extractive was 30%. Then skin permeation and enhancing effect of azone of Huanglianjiedu Cataplasm were investigated in an improved Francz diffusion cell according to the content of berberine. Results showed berberine could permeate through rat skin slowly; The permeation rates and the cumulative permeation amount of berberine was improved markedly with 1% azone and very markedly with 3% and 5% azone.
