摘要
目的:筛选彝族验方痛经贴基质。方法:采用均匀设计法,以粘着强度为评价指标,以所得回归方程对基质组成比例进行优化。结果:确定基质的最佳配比为:明胶∶聚丙烯酸钠∶PVA∶PEG400∶甘油∶CMC-Na∶PVP∶高岭土=1∶4∶8∶10∶6∶6∶12∶0.5结论:采用该配方可与中药提取物配合,载药量大,透气性好,无渗药现象,还可反复粘贴,稳定性好,无致敏性与刺激性。
Objective： To select the matrix of dysmenorrhea paste in Yi ethnic proven recipe. Method： The matrix of Yi ethnic proven recipe was studied by uniform design and taking adhesion strength as index. The component of the matrix was optimized with the linear regression equation. Result： It showed that the best ingredient of the matrix was Gelatin - Polyacylic acid Na - PVA - PEG400- Glycerin - CMC - Na- PVP- Kaoline = 1：4：8： 10：6：6： 12：0.5. Conclusion ： The matrix with this prescription can compound the extractive of TCM. It have great capacity of loading extractive, good gas permeability and nopenetration. What is more, it can paste repratedly, stability well, no allergia and stimulation.
