摘要
根据注塑成形生产过程的特点,将模具型腔划分为由浇注系统起始的若干条流动路径,建立注塑制品收缩的理论模型,在此基础上由模具成形结构预测注塑制品收缩率分布趋势,并结合塑料供应商提供的收缩率数据,确定注塑制品各点收缩率。
According to characteristics of injection-molding process, the mold cavity is divided into a number of flowing paths and a theoretical model for shrinkage of injection molded parts is set up. On the basis of the theoretical model, a program is developed to forecast the shrinkage tendency of plastic articles. By combining computational results with the average rate of shrinkage provided by the manufacturer, shrinkage rates of various points in a plastic article will be determined.
