摘要
利用多型腔“H”型流道系统 ,在高速和低速两种充填条件下 ,对注射成型多模腔充填不平衡现象的产生机理进行研究。通过理论分析提出了充填不平衡现象产生机理的假想模型 ,介绍了采用动态和静态两种可视化方法进行实验验证的过程。阐明了流动剪切生热和冷却过程所导致熔体在流道截面内温度分布的改变以及经过流道分岔后不对称 ,并最终导致型腔不均衡充填的内在机理。同时利用CAE软件Moldflow计算并分析了该充填过程 ,通过与可视化实验研究结果对比 ,为合理使用CAE软件提供帮助。
The mechanism of filling imbalance of plastics injec ti on molding in multi-cavity molds with “H' pattern runner system was studied wi t h both low and high injection rates. A model of filling imbalance was formulated . Through the dynamic and static visualized experiments, it was proposed that th e mechanism of filling imbalance was resulted from the dissymmetrical temperatur e distribution on the cross-section of runner, which is strongly influenced by t he shear heat and the cooling process in the runner. The filling process of inje ction molding was simulated and analyzed using Moldflow software and the result was compared with that of visualized experiments.
