摘要
针对浇口位置及数量对于注塑模塑料制品设计中的重要性,运用Moldflow软件对不同浇口位置及浇口数量的熔接痕、流动前沿处温度、翘曲分析进行分析比较,确定浇口位置的优化分案,提高模具的设计效率。
In the view of the importance of gate location and number for in the design of injection molding plastic products. Moldflow software was applied to make analysis and comparison of various gate locations at plastic parts in terms of their weld lines, the temperature at flow front, warpage analysis, and an optimized gate was obtained. Improve the efficiency of mold design.
