摘要
注射成型是重要的塑料成型方式,成型中工艺参数对塑件质量有重要影响且影响关系复杂。过去的研究主要侧重于工艺参数对塑件质量的影响及对工艺参数的优化,但对参数之间的交互作用考虑较少。现基于CAE技术,采用部分因子实验设计法,研究了选用2种不同材料时,工艺参数对其收缩率变化的影响,同时考虑了两两因子的交互作用,并考察了交互作用对塑件质量的影响。通过交互作用图来筛选重要的交互影响,并基于影响度分析各参数及重要交互作用对塑件质量的影响程度。
Injection molding is an important way for plastic forming, and technological parameters have significant and complicated effect on the quality of injection molded parts. Former research works mostly focused on the influences of separate parameters and optimization of them, rarely considering their interactions. Two different materials were selected in the experiment and with CAE-based frac- tional factorial design method, the influences of separate technological parameters and their pairwise interactions on shrinkage variation and quality of plastic parts were investigated. Interaction figures were used to select main interaction effects; and then the extent of the effects on quality of plastic parts were analyzed based on effect degree.
