丙型肝炎病毒感染者血清载脂蛋白AⅠ及AⅡ水平的研究 被引量:17

Apolipoprotein A Ⅰ and A Ⅱ in the pa-tients infected with hepatitis C virus

摘要 目的:观察丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染者与健康人血清载脂蛋白AⅠ(apoAⅠ)及AⅡ(apoAⅡ)水平的差异.方法:分别取健康人及HCV感染者的血清各75份,其男女比例及各年龄段比例基本相同.平均年龄健康人为44.2岁,HCV感染者为42.6岁.检测血清中的apoAⅠ及apoAⅡ含量,用统计学方法分析其差异.结果:HCV感染者血清中的apoAⅠ的均数测定值为113.0mg/dl,apoAⅡ的均数测定值为22.5mg/dl,其含量均低于健康人血清中的apoAⅠ(均数为124.2mg/dl)及apoAⅡ(均数为24.9mg/dl),P值<0.05,有统计学意义.另外,HCVRNA及抗-HCV均阳性的患者血清中的apoAⅠ(均数为109.2mg/dl)及apoAⅡ(均数为21.1mg/dl)含量均低于抗-HCV阳性,但HCVRNA阴性的患者(其apoAⅠ及apoAⅡ的均数测定值分别为116.8mg/dl及23.3mg/dl),P值>0.05,无统计学意义.结论:感染HCV后,患者血清中apoAⅠ及apoAⅡ的含量有不同程度的下降.而且,HCVRNA阳性的血清中,apoAⅠ及apoAⅡ的含量也有减少的趋势.因标本量较小,在统计学意义上无明显差异. AIM: To observe the difference of the concentration of theapolipoprotein AⅠ(apoAⅠ) and AⅡ(apoAⅡ) between thepatients infected with HCV and the normal subjects.METHODS: A total of 150 blood serum samples were ob-tained from 75 patients infected with HCV and 75 normalsubjects (age:1-70 years old). The proportion of sex andage between the HCV infected patients and the normal sub-jects were almost identical. The serum apoA Ⅰ and apoAⅡwere measured using 7070 chemistry analyzer and chemi-cal preparations made in Japan. And the difference of theapoAⅠand apoAⅡbetween the HCV infected patients andthe normal subjects were further analyzed with statistics.RESULTS: In the patients,the mean concentration of apoAⅠwas 113.0 mg/dl,and apoAⅡ, 22.5 mg/dl; and in thenormal subjects,the mean concentration of apoAⅠwas124.2 mg/dl,and apoA Ⅱ, 24.9 mg/dl. The concentrationof apoAⅠand apoAⅡ in the patients infected with HCV wassignificantly lower than that of normal subjects (P <0.05).CONCLUSION: The levels of apoA Ⅰ and apoA Ⅱ are sig-nificantly lower in patients infected with HCV than that ofnormal subjects. In patients with HCV RNA (+), the levelsof apoAⅠand apoAⅡare also lower than that of HCV RNA(-)( P >0.05).
