摘要
基于电力市场运营模式,提出了面向电力客户的电能质量标准的概念,并设计了一种电力需求侧电能质量控制策略的系统结构,经过仿真证明,在故障情况下对保证电力需求侧的电能质量有一定的作用。
This paper presents the definitions and concept of the Electric Power Quality Levels based on the Electricity Markets. The configuration of the electrical power quality control system(EPQCS) is given out also in this paper. The simulation result of the EPQCS have proved that it have obvious effect to the powerquality in the demand side in the faulted state.
