在中性点不接地系统中，根据电容电流的大小确定是否采取补偿措施。因此，有必要对系统电容电流进行准确测量。提出了经现场反复试验和理论分析证明的几种简单易行的测量方法。
In the system that the neuter point doesn't ground,indemnifying measures is taken according to the different electric capacity and current.Therefore,it's necessary to measure accurately electric capacity and current .In the light of many problems in routine measuring modes,the thesis has put forward several simple and easy modes of operation which have been proved successful with many tests and theroratical analysis.
