摘要
简要介绍配电管理系统的主要功能,重点讨论需求侧管理在配电管理系统中的措施及其内容。主要从负荷特性分析、负荷预测、负荷管理3个方面阐述需求侧管理对配电管理系统的影响。从而说明由于需求侧管理的引入,为电力系统中的配电管理系统赋予了一些新的概念,使其内容更加丰富,作用更大。
The main functions of distribution management system(DMS )are briefly described and measures a nd con-tents of demand side management (DSM)in distribution management system a re mainly discussed.It expatiates o n the in-fluences of DSM on DMS based on load ch aracteristic analysis,load forecasting and load management.It can be k nown that the introduction of DSM in power system endows DMS with some new concepts a nd enriches its contents and intensify its functions.
