摘要
从饮食营养学方面的营养素的概念、平衡的观点、饮食的四气五味、五味的偏嗜不当致病等几个方面论述《内经》中有关医学营养学方面的理论 。
It expounds the theories of medical trophology and analyses the combining points of these theories with modern trophology from these sides:nutrient concepts of diet trophology,balance,four natures and five favours of diet and diseases caused by improper preference of five favors,which has guiding function to nutrution,hygiene and keeping-healthy.
