摘要
本实验通过观察高盐饮食对大鼠血液粘度、纤维蛋白原含量及血压的影响,对《内经》多食咸可致血瘀理论进行研究。实验结果表明:高盐饮食组动物全血粘度、血桨粘度、纤维蛋白原含量及平均血压、高血压发生率均显著高于对照组,高盐饮食组中高血压与非、高血压动物血液粘度、纤维蛋白原含量并无显著差异,提示多食咸可致血瘀,且并不仅限于血压明显升高者;两组动物分别雌、雄比较则其结果不尽相同,提示性别可能影响对多食咸的反应。
The article reported the laboratory Studies on the theory of 'stasis of blood induced by over-taking salt' in internal classic by observing the influence of hypersalmeal on rats' blood viscosity, contents of fibrinogen and blood pressure. The results showed that the blood viscosity, content of fibrinogen > BP and hypertension incidence in group with hyersalmeal were significantly higher than those of controll group, there was no significante difference in blood viscosity and content of fibrinogen between hypertension rats and no-hypertension rats. All these suggested that overtaking salt induced stasis of blood was not only related to hypertension. The results between male and female rats were different, this suggested that sex might influence the reaction of 'over-taking salt
