摘要
目的:探析中西医结合治疗胃寒型胃痛的临床疗效及辩证护理对该病的治疗效果。方法:选择96例胃寒型胃痛患者为治疗组,依据中医八纲论证,采用中医中药辨证施治及调护,配合西医联合用药;对照组仅采用单纯的西医西药治疗及一般常规护理。结果:治疗组总有效率94%,高于对照组76%(P(0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗胃寒型胃痛并加以辨证调护,两组疗效具有显著差异。此法安全、经济、便利、可行。
Objective： To analyze and research the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on gastralgia of stomach cold type and the treatment efficacy of dialectical nursing on this kind of disease. Methods： 96 studies of patients with gastralgia of stomach cold type were chosen to be as the treatment group, and they treated according to the eight principal demonstration of traditional Chinese medicine and the dialectical nursing, combined with the use of western medicine. The control group just took simple western medical treatment and conventional care. Results：The total effective rate of the treat- ment group was 94%, higher than that of the control group which 76%. （P 〈 0. 01）Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on gastralgia of stomach cold type might be combined with dialectical nursing, and the efficacy could be of remarkable difference. This method safe, economical, convenient and feasible.
