摘要
本文研究了钙离子与SiO_2引起的巨噬细胞损伤之间的关系。研究结果表明:在siO_2致肺泡巨噬细胞损伤过程中,细胞外液钙浓度对其损伤程度的发展起重要调节作用。细胞质膜损伤与细胞内游离钙水平增加所形成的钙稳态紊乱可能是SiO_2对巨噬细胞损伤的主要机制。
The role of calcium ion in silica-induced damage of macrophages was investi-gated.Result showed that calcium ion concentration in extro-cellular fluidplays an important regulative part for the development of silica-induced dam-age of macrophages,in which cell membrane damage and disarrangement ofcalcium homeostasis formed by the rise in free calcium level of cell may be oneof the main mechanism of macrophage damage by silica.
