摘要
使用ESR技术直接观察了石英在磷酸缓冲体系中产生OH·的剂量,时间效应,并比较了酵母聚糖,石英及柠檬酸铝预处理的石英刺激巨噬细胞产生OH·的强度与细胞损伤的关系。结果表明,石英产生的OH·在磷酸缓冲体系中随时间的延长而很快衰减;而酵母聚糖虽可刺激巨噬细胞产生更强的OH·,但并不引起细胞损伤。提示:在石英致巨噬细胞损伤过程中,是其它因素,而并非自由基机制可能起更重要的作用。
Dose and time-dependent generation of OH·by quartz in phosphatebuffer system(PBS)was observed with ESR technique.The relationship be-tween macrophage damage and intensity of OH·generated frommacrophages simulated by quartz,zymosan and aluminium citrate-treatedquartz was studied comparatively.The result showed that the intensity ofquartz-generated OH· in PBS decayed rapidly and zymosan,which maystimulate macrophages to generate much more OH· than quartz,did notinduce macrophage damage.These findings suggest that ogher factor(s)rather than free radicals may play a more important role in quartz-inducedmacrophage damage.
