摘要
为了研究石英尘对肺泡巨噬细胞热应激蛋白（ＨＳＰｓ）的影响，采用ＤｏｔＢｌｏｔ技术，从蛋白质和ｍＲＮＡ水平观察了石英尘对培养大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞热应激蛋白ＨＳＰ７０表达的影响。结果表明，石英尘作用下ＨＳＰ７０ｍＲＮＡ及蛋白质水平都明显增加。提示，其机制可能与活性氧基团有关。
ThechangesofHSP70anditsmRNAlevelinculturedalveolarmacrophages(AM)ofratsundertheefectsofquartzwerestudiedbyusingHSP70monoclonalantibody,HSP70cDNAprobeandDotBlottechnique.TheresultsshowedthatHSP70anditsmRNAlevelweresignificantlyincreasedundertheefectsofquartz,andinacertainrange,theincreasesofHSP70wereindose-andtime-re-sponserelation.Itissuggestedthatthesechangesmayberelatedtotheactiveoxygenradicals.
