摘要
介绍了美国HoneywellHi SpecSolutions公司的以RMPCT为核心的先进控制技术在安庆分公司炼油厂催化裂化装置的应用。重点论述了先进控制系统的设计原则、设计目标和组成 ;对先进控制系统投用前后的装置情况进行的标定结果表明 :在原料组成性质和操作条件基本相同的情况下 ,投用先进控制后 ,轻质油收率提高 1.3 2个百分点 ,渣油掺炼率提高 1.0 4个百分点 ,年经济效益可达 80 4× 10 4 RMB $。
Application of advanced control technology with emphasis on RMPCT developed by Honeywell Hi Spec Solutions, U.S.A in FCC unit of Anqing Company is introduced. Design principles and objectives together with the composition of the advanced control system have been discussed. Performance test of the unit shows that with the same feedstock and operation conditions, light oil yield has increased by 1.32 percent point and residual oil blending ratio has increased by 1.04 percent point after the advanced control system has been adopted. Annual economic benefits have reached up to 804×10 4 RMB yuan.
