摘要
以延迟焦化装置先进控制系统为研究目标,以延迟焦化工艺原理为基础,根据反应的实际过程和工艺过程,针对某化工厂三炉六塔的工艺,设计了基于事件的先进控制器,并利用实验室自主开发的软件Wisdom-Controller进行了仿真。仿真结果证实了基于事件信息的先进控制系统的可行性。
Through taking the advanced control system for the delayed coking operation as the object of study, and basing on the technical principle of delay coking operation and its reaction process, an event-based advanced controller for the three-furnace and six-tower in a chemical plant was designed. Simulating it with independently-developed Wisdom-Controller software in the lab proves the feasibility of this event information-based advanced control system.
