摘要
中国石化股份公司济南分公司引进了AspenTech先进控制软件,结合装置工艺及生产实际情况确立了相应合理的控制策略和应用关系,成功地在南常压装置上实现了先进控制,提高了装置的平稳操作水平,处理量及高附加值产品,取得了较好的经济效益。本文介绍了济南分公司常减压装置APC的设计目标、方案的实施、运行环境以及控制器的组成和投用后的效果,特别针对本装置APC控制器的设计运行做了较为详细的介绍。
By introducing the AspenTech advanced control software and establishing a corresponamg reasonable control stratedy and the application relationship according to the process and actual production condition, SINOPEC Jinan branch successfully realized advanced process control over CDU, improved the smooth operation level, productivity and the high value -add products, and finally obtained good economic benefit. The design objective, the implementation of the plan, running environment, the component of the controller and effect after the culprit were introduced in this paper and a detailed introduction of the design and operation of the APC controller was also included.
