摘要
针对渣油催化裂化原料组成复杂,生焦率高,催化剂污染严重和常常外排油浆的特点,从原料结构族组成出发,提出了渣油催化裂化十三集总反应动力学模型。通过实验测出动力学参数后,设计编制了模型的计算软件。用中型提升管试验数据对本模型的验证结果表明,用本模型计算的产品产率与实验结果能良好地吻合。
The proposed thirteen lumping kinetic model for resid catalytic cracking is aimed to the characteristics of resid feedstocks, such as complex composition of feedstock, high coke deposit, metal contamination on catalyst, and frequent slurry withdrawl. This kinetic.model is based on the structual group composition of feedstock, and a software of the model was developed according to the experimental kinetic parameters.The calculated product slate was agreeable to the pilot plant test data.
