摘要
在大麦苗期采用孢子悬浮液喷雾接种法,将分离自内蒙古呼伦贝尔地区代表性强、致病力不同的2个根腐病菌株接种至96份大麦品种(系),进行根腐病苗期抗性鉴定。结果表明,对1号菌株表现抗病的品种(系)有27份,占总供试材料的28.12%,表现敏感的有69份,占总供试材料的71.88%;对2号菌株表现抗病的品种(系)有40份,占总供试材料的41.67%,表现敏感的有56份,占供试材料的58.33%。2次接种鉴定结果基本一致,获得的抗病材料可作为大麦抗病育种亲本材料。
Common root rot of barley is caused by Bipolaris Sorokiniana. The current research was undertaken to select and identify barley varieties or lines with resistance to the two B. Sorokiniana strains ZBTX-12014 and ZBTX-15661 at seedling stage, which were initially isolated in Hulunbeier City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Seedlings at 2-3 leaf stage of 96 barley varieties (or lines) were inoculated with the pathogen by spraying a spore suspension of ZBTX-12014 or ZBTX-15661 at the concentration of 1×104 spores/mL onto the seedlings. As a result, among 96 barley varieties (or lines) inoculated with strain ZBTX-12014, 27 and 69 were identified as B. Sorokiniana-resistant varieties and B. Sorokiniana-susceptible varieties, respectively, accounting for 28.13 % and 71.88 % of the test materials, respectively. Among those inoculated with strain ZBTX-15661, 40 (41.67 %) and 56 (58.33%) were identified as B. Sorokiniana-resistant varieties and B. Sorokiniana-susceptible varieties, respectively. The results of identifying barley varieties or lines with resistance to common root rot disease by inoculations with the two B. Sorokiniana strains were overall consistent. The identified B. Sorokiniana-resistant barley germplasm can be used as parent materials for breeding barley varieties resistant to common root rot disease.
