大麦高光效种质资源的筛选及光合特性与产量的相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 进行高光效大麦种质的筛选并研究大麦光合作用与产量性状的关系将为培育高产高光效品种奠定基础。本研究对本单位31个自育大麦品种(系)(含2个对照品种)抽穗期旗叶的光合作用以及产量相关指标进行了测定,并分析了光合作用与产量的相关性。结果表明,以净光合速率为指标,从中筛选了6份高光效大麦种质资源;除了光合参数之间以及产量指标之间的相关性外,就光合作用和产量相关指标而言,气孔导度和胞间CO_2浓度分别与小区产量成显著和极显著负相关,胞间CO_2浓度还分别与不育小穗数和穗粒数成显著正相关和负相关,其他性状间相关不显著;根据光合特性和产量性状考察结果,可将参试材料分为高光效高产型、高光效低产型、低光效高产型、低光效低产型和中间型等多种类型。 Identification of barley germplams with high photosynthesis efficiency and studies of the relationships between photosynthesis and yield of barley will provide theoretical basis for breeding of barley varieties with high yield and high photosynthesis efficiency. Photosynthesis and yield related traits as well as their correlations of 31 barley germplasms were analyzed in the study. The main results were as follows :Taking net photosynthetic rate as index, six barley germplasms were identified to be with high photosynthesis efficiency;Except for these correlations between each parameters of photosynthesis or yield,there were significantly negative correlations between intercellular COz concentration and yield of the plot, intercellular CO2 concentration and seed number per spike,stomatal conductance and yield of the plot. However,there was a significantly positive correlation between intercellular CO2 concentration and sterile spikelet number per spike ; These varieties were divided into five groups according their performance of both efficiency of photosynthesis and yield.
