摘要
利用多元分析法,对引进的48个二棱大麦种质资源的6个主要性状进行了主成分分析与聚类分析。主成分分析结果表明:按照前4个主成分的大小依次排序,穗下节间长与株高、穗粒数与穗长、千粒重和产量,可衡量每个性状在某个材料中所处的位置与份量,能较直观地判断某一材料性状优势或劣势。通过系统聚类方法,把所有参试材料分为6类:第1类为高秆短穗材料;第2类为多粒材料;第3类为高秆大穗材料;第4类为大粒材料;第5类为穗大粒多材料;第6类为高秆大穗粒多材料。
The principal component analysis and cluster analysis of 48 introduced two-rowed barley germplasms were carried out.The results showed that the first four principal components was in the order as internode length below spike and plant height,grain number per spike and spike length,1 000-seed weight,and yield,which could evaluate the position and importance of each material,and directly judge the advantageous or disadvantageous traits of each material.The tested materials were divided into six groups by cluster analysis.The first group included the materials with high stem and short spike,the second group included the materials with more grain number,the third group included the materials with high stem and big spike,the fourth group included the materials with large grain,the fifth group included the materials with big spike and more grain number,and the sixth group included the materials with stem,big spikes and more grain number.
