摘要
针对选煤厂因入选原煤质量降低导致的三产品重介质旋流器处理能力下降、原煤损耗大、产品质量不高的问题,分析了导致三产品重介质旋流器出现问题的根本原因,对三产品重介质旋流器的结构及配套工艺进行了优化设计。工业应用表明,该优化设计提高了旋流器的洗选能力、洗选精度和效率。
In view of the problems of low quality of raw coal in coal preparation plant caused by the decline of treatment capacity of heavy medium cyclone of three products, the loss of raw coal and the low quality of product, this paper analyzes the fundamental cause of the problem of heavy medium cyclone of three products. The structure and matching process of three-product heavy medium cyclone are optimized. The industrial application shows that the optimization improves the washing ability, washing accuracy and efficiency of hydrocyclone.
