摘要
针对中兴煤矿4#、5#原煤的特性,通过分析传统有压三产品重介旋流器在中兴选煤厂应用中存在的问题,对重介旋流器进行了改造,并介绍了改造后的双锥体有压三产品重介旋流器的结构、工作原理,阐述了该旋流器的应用效果。
Based on the characteristics of 4# and 5# raw coal in Zhongxin coal mine, analyzed the prob- lems of application of traditional pump - fed dense medium cyclone in Zhongxin coal preparation plant, the reform was done on the dense medium cyclone. The paper introduced the structure, working principle of the dual cone pump -fed three product dense medium cyclone, also described the application result of the dual pump - fed dense medium cyclone after the reformation.
