有压给料三产品重介质旋流器内介质颗粒分布情况研究

摘要 为分析介质颗粒在有压给料三产品重介质旋流器中的行为,采用数值模拟探究10、20、30、40、50、80μm粒径的磁铁矿粉在旋流器内的受力及体积分布情况。通过数值模拟发现,离心力是影响磁铁矿粉在旋流器中分布情况的主导因素。在运动的过程中,不同粒径的磁铁矿粉由于所受离心力不同,在旋流器内的分布情况也不同,具体表现为:较小粒径的10、20μm的磁铁矿粉分布较均匀,中间粒度的30、40μm的磁铁矿粉在旋流器壁面处浓度略高,大粒径的50、80μm的磁铁矿粉在壁面处浓度最高,溢流口外端至下部的连接线上次之。 In order to analyze the behavior of medium particles in a pressurized feeding three-product heavy medium cyclone,numerical simulation was used to explore the force and volume distribution of magnetite powder with particle sizes of 10μm,20μm,30μm,40μm,50μm and 80μm in the cyclone.Through numerical simulation,it is found that centrifugal force is the dominant factor affecting the distribution of magnetite powder in the cyclone.In the process of movement,the distribution of magnetite powder with different particle sizes in the cyclone is also different due to the different centrifugal forces.The specific performance is as follows:the distribution of magnetite powder with smaller particle sizes of 10μm and 20μm is more uniform.The concentration of magnetite powder with intermediate particle sizes of 30μm and 40μm is slightly higher at the wall surface of the cyclone.The concentration of magnetite powder with large particle sizes of 50μm and 80μm is the highest at the wall surface,followed by the connecting line from the outer end of the overflow port to the lower part.
