预分选无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的流场分析与应用 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的应用现状,深入分析了其在运行过程中精煤产品受重产物污染、中煤带煤量高的原因,设计开发了带预分选装置的无压给料三产品重介质旋流器,从而有效解决了精煤产品夹矸、中煤带煤量高的问题,提高了分选精度和精煤产率。文章还利用计算流体力学软件对带预分选装置的无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的流场进行了数值模拟,通过与普通旋流器流场数值对比,分析了预分选装置对无压给料三产品重介质旋流器内部流场的影响,并介绍了1400/1050型预分选无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的现场应用情况。 This paper introduced the current application of gravity-fed three-product dense medium cyclone, analyzed the reasons of clean coal contaminated by heaver product and most clean coal smuggled into middlings during it operation. Design and developed the gravity -fed three-product dense medium cyclone which with pre-separation device, so the problems of clean coal contaminated by refuse and clean coal smuggled into middlings was resolved, increased the sharpness of separation and yield. This paper also conducted the numerical simulation of flow field of gravity-fed three-product dense medium cyclone which with pre-separation device uses the computer fluid mechanics software, by the comparing with the data of flow field of common cyclone, analyzed the effect of pre-separation device on inner flow field of gravity-fed three product dense medium cyclone, and presents the operation of pre-separation gravity-fed three-product dense medium cyclone in working site.
