摘要
目的探讨思维导图对中青年冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取常州市金坛区人民医院2017年5月-2018年5月收治的采用常规护理的中青年冠心病患者136例,按照数字随机法分为对照组和干预组,各68例,对比2组护理前后应对方式、负性情绪及生活质量变化。结果干预组护理1个月后各项应对方式评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预组护理1个月后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预组护理1个月后生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论思维导图应用于中青年冠心病患者护理可有效优化其应对方式,改善负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the influence of mind mapping on the quality of life of middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 136 cases of middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease treated with routine nursing between May 2018 and May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and the intervention group, with 68 of each group. The changes of coping style, negative emotion and the change of quality of life before and after the two groups were compared. Results The scores of the coping styles in the observation group after 1 month of nursing were all significantly better than those in the control group (P 〈0.05). The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 1 month of nursing (P 〈0.05); The physical function, physiological function, emotional function, vitality, somatic pain, general health, mental health, social function scores of the observation group after one month of nursing were all significantly higher than those of the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The use of mind maps in the care of middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease can effectively optimize their coping styles, improving negative emotions, and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
