A study on relativity between self-efficacy and health behaviors of senile people

摘要 [目的]探讨老年人自我效能和健康行为的相关性。[方法]采用描述性相关性研究,用健康行为能力自评量表和健康促进生活方式量表对332例老年人进行问卷调查。[结果]老年人健康行为处于较高水平的方面有营养、自我实现、人际关系、压力处理,而较低水平的方面有健康责任、运动和锻炼。健康行为能力自评量表与健康促进生活方式量表评分存在相关性(r为0.332～0.638,P均<0.01)。[结论]老年人自我效能与健康行为存在中等程度的正相关。
