摘要
目的探讨问题管理在老年冠心病(CHD)患者中的护理效果及对SAS评分的影响。方法择取本院2018年5月-2020年1月内科收治的160例老年冠心病患者,按照护理方式分为两组,每组80例。予以对照组常规护理,予以观察组基于常规护理的问题管理护理。比较两组干预前后的健康促进生活模式量表II(HPLP-II)评分、血压、生活质量(SF-36)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,并测定两组的护理满意度。结果两组干预前HPLP-II评分、血压水平、SAS、SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组干预后HPLP-II、SF-36评分较对照组高,SAS评分较对照组低,血压水平及护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问题管理护理模式在老年CHD患者护理中可发挥积极作用,能够促进患者健康生活方式,降低SAS评分,提高血压控制效果与生活质量水平,患者满意度高。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of problem management in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its impact on SAS score.Methods 160 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given nursing care based on the problems of routine care.The health promotion life mode scale II(HPLP-II)scores,blood pressure,quality of life(SF-36)and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)scores of the two groups before and after intervention were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was determined.Results The HPLP-II score,blood pressure level,SAS and SF-36 scores of the two groups before intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The HPLP-II and SF-36 scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than the control group,and the SAS score was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the blood pressure level and nursing satisfaction of the observation group after intervention were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem management nursing model can play an active role in the care of elderly CHD patients.It can promote patients’healthy lifestyle,reduce SAS score,improve blood pressure control effect and quality of life,and have high patient satisfaction.
