摘要
目的调查基层医务工作者对医院归属感,分析影响工作者归属感影响因素。方法该次采取整群分层抽样方法,选取凉山地区医院不同岗位、社会支持的267名基层医务人员进行归属感调查,参考、借鉴相关资料自制调查量表,对医务人员一般情况以及对医院的归属感进行评分,根据调查量表结果分析影响工作者归属感影响因素,并针对这些影响因素给予相关建议。结果不同岗位工作人员归属感评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作人员归属感降低主要影响因素为工作压力大、工作强度高、心理压力大、职业倦怠,分别占21.72%、20.97%、19.10%、13.86%。结论基层医务工作者在医疗、护理、医技岗位归属感较低,工作压力大、工作强度高、心理压力大、职业倦怠是主要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the sense of belonging of the primary medical workers in their hospitals and analyze the influencing factors. Methods 267 cases of primary medical staff of different posts and social supports were for sense of belonging survey in Liangshan region, and the related data were referred to make the questionnaire, and the general condition of medical staff and sense of belonging of the hospital were marked, and the influencing factors of sense of belonging of workers were analyzed by the scale, and the related suggestions were given according to these influencing factors. Results There were obvious differences in the scores of sense of belonging among the working staff of different posts (P〈0.05),and the major influencing factors of decrease of sense of belonging included the heavy work pressure, high working strength,great psychological pressure, occupational burnout, respectively accounting for 21.72%, 20.97%, 19.10%, 13.86%. Conclusion The sense of belonging of primary medical workers in the medicine, nursing and medical technology posit is lower, and the heavy work pressure, high working strength, great psychological pressure and occupational burnout are the main influencing factors.
