摘要
目的:精细化管理应用于健康管理中心,进一步优化服务流程,提高体检质量。方法:采用优化体检流程,应用信息化管理手段,加强人员培训等综合精细化管理方法。结果:2015年3-8月体检总人数达60,070余人,比2014年同期增长6.50%。体检客户平均耗时由120分钟缩短为70分钟。结论:精细化管理既提升了管理品质,又可充分利用资源。
Objective Applying the Fine Management for standardized service process and improved quality of Health Management Center. Methods optimization the medical process, application of information management means, strengthen personnel training and so on. Series of management methods. Results From March to August in 2015 ,a medical total number of more than 60070 peo- ple in the health management center, up 6. 50% over the same period in 2014. A medical customer average time-consuming rain shortened from 120 to 70 rain. Conclusions Fine management is conducive to improve the quality of the management and make full use of resources.
