摘要
采用整群随机抽样,了解医护人员对工作压力和满意度自我认知的差异,调查发现,工作压力大、满意度不高是医护人员普遍感知的问题,护士工作满意度低于医生工作满意度;工作压力大的主要原因是"工作风险大"和"工作负荷重"。这种差异对医院管理人员及有关部门制定相应管理对策有重要参考价值。
A field survey data collecting by cluster random sampling to understand the differences in perceived job stress and job satisfaction between doctors and nurses, the results illustrates the common perceptions of both doctors and nurses were great job stress and lower level of job satisfaction. Compared with doctors, nurses were more unsatisfied with their job; great work risk and overload work is the chief factors of job stress. The discrepancies provide important reference value for hospital managers or other departments to set up appropriate strategies.
