我国护理学硕士研究生招生现状及分析 被引量:26

Current status of recruitment of nursing master students in China

摘要 目的了解我国护理学硕士研究生的招生现状,为推动我国护理学硕士教育的发展提供参考依据。方法通过网络,收集2018年我国招收护理硕士研究生的院校信息、招生简章、专业目录,对拟招生人数、推免人数、研究方向、报考条件、考试科目等资料进行整理分析。结果 2018年全国有100所院校招收护理硕士研究生,67所招收学术学位,86所招收专业学位,其中有53所同时招收学术学位和专业学位;在这53所院校中,有84.78%的护理专业学位招生数量超过学术学位;37.31%的学术学位和26.74%的专业学位,推免生所占比例达50%及以上;26.87%的学术学位和38.37%的专业学位未明确研究方向;19.77%的专业学位要求报考者通过护士资格证考试,而学术学位中仅1所有此要求;对于工作经验,所有学术学位招生院校均没有要求,专业学位中仅1所院校要求报考者为非应届人员。结论我国护理硕士教育以培养专业学位研究生为主;推免生在护理硕士研究生中所占比例突出,学术学位尤为明显;学术学位和专业学位的研究方向相似,护理硕士研究方向应进一步细化、规范化。 Objective To know the current status of recruitment of nursing master students in China. Methods Data of 2018 including general information of universities,general regulation of enrollment,major list,enrollment numbers ,number of recommended students exempted from admission examination,research areas ,enrollment requirements,and subjects that will be examined were all collected from the university or college websites. Results In 2018,there are 100 colleges and universities having the master of nursing program with 67 offering academic degrees and 86 offering professional degrees. Besides,53 universities offer both academic and professional degrees. Of the 53 institutions,84.78% of them provided more quota for professional degrees than academic degrees. The proportion of students exempted from admission exams is 50% and above in 37.31% academic degrees and 26.74% professional degrees programs. 26.87% of academic degrees and 38.37% of professional degrees have no clear descriptions of research areas. 19.77% of the institutions providing professional degrees require candidates to pass the nurse qualification certificate examination,while only one institution offering academic degrees requires such ceficate. All the institutions offering academic degrees have no requirements for working experience and only one institntion offering professional degrees requires applicants to be non-newly graduated. Conclusion At present,education of master of nursing in China mainly focuses on cultivating nurses with professional degree. Students exempted from admission exams hold prominent proportion of nursing postgraduate students,especially for the academic degrees. The research areas of academic degree and professional degree are similar,and the research directions of the post- graduate nursing curriculum should be further refined and standardized.
