护理学硕士研究生对临床教学满意度及影响因素研究 被引量:19

The current status and influencing factors of satisfaction with clinical teaching among nursing postgraduates

摘要 目的了解护理硕士研究生对临床教学满意度的影响因素,为完善我国护理硕士研究生临床实践环节提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法从全国46所护理院校中抽取正在临床实习的237名全日制护理硕士研究生,采用包含临床教学满意度问题的一般资料调查问卷、临床归属感量表和倦怠量表对其进行调查。结果 24.05%(57/237)的学生对临床教学满意,66.67%(158/237)存在不同程度的倦怠;多元线性回归分析结果显示是否有固定带教教师、带教方式、自尊水平是护理硕士研究生临床教学满意度的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论护理学硕士研究生对临床教学的满意度有待提高,提高自尊水平,固定带教教师,采取有区别的带教方式对提高其临床教学满意度有积极的意义。 Objective To investigate the influencing factors of satisfaction with clinical teaching among nursing postgraduates. Methods A total of 237 nursing postgraduates daring clinical practice were recruited from 46 nursing colleges in China by convenience sampling. The clinical belongingness,hurnout during clinical practice and the level of satisfaction with clinical teaching were measured by belongingness scale-clinical placement experience(BS- CPE) (including dimensions of self-esteem and self-effieacy),Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS)and the demographic questionnaire. Results 24.05% of nursing postgraduates were not satisfied with the clinical teaching. 66.67% of nursing postgraduates had the feeling of burnout. Ordinal Logistic regression analysis showed that the postgraduates with fixed clinical teachers,different teaching ways,and high esteem level had higher satisfaction with the clinical teaching (P〈0.01). Conclusion The postgraduates' satisfaction with clinical teaching needs to be improved. It is important to improve the satisfaction with clinical teaching by increasing self-esteem,arranging fixed teacher,and adopting differentiated teaching methods.
