摘要
目的了解国外护理学硕士研究生课程设置现状,以期为我国研究生课程改革提供借鉴。方法通过网络检索和实地调查法,收集16所国外护理院校硕士研究生课程设置资料,进行整理分析。结果国外护理学硕士研究生教育都十分重视课程学习并具有丰富的课程学习资源,课程内容设计体现了"五个"重视,即重视打牢理论基础、重视科研能力训练、重视专科实践能力培养、重视开阔全球视野、重视伦理规范;课程实施过程符合研究生的学习特点,对我国护理学硕士研究生教育发展有一定启示。结论我国护理学硕士研究生教育可借鉴国外课程设置原则及特点,规范研究生课程体系设置,加强核心课程群建设,优化课程实施过程,以进一步提高护理学硕士研究生的教育质量。
Objective To investigate the current situation of nursing postgraduate curriculum in foreign countries and to provide reference for the reform of nursing postgraduate curriculum in China.MethodsCurriculum information from sixteen nursing schools was collected over the internet and through field survey and analyzed by content analysis.Results Great importance was attached to curriculum learning in nursing postgraduate education in foreign countries and they all provide rich learning resources for students.Five important points were included in the curricular content design,including the theoretical basis,the scientific training,the practical ability training,the global vision,and the ethical norms.The process of curriculum implementation matched the characteristics of the postgraduate students.Conclusions The principles and features of curriculum design in foreign countries could provide the reference for our postgraduate nursing education in aspects of curriculum system setting,core curriculum group construction and curriculum implementation,which can further improve the quality of the nursing postgraduate education.
