摘要
目的加强硕士学历护士的管理,以提高组织管理效能,更好地发挥硕士学历护士的人力资源优势。方法构建矩阵式组织架构,将矩阵式管理应用于硕士学历护士的管理中。结果36名硕士学历护士纳入矩阵式管理,在护理质量管理、护理教学、护理科研、专科护理4个方面实施矩阵式管理,目标计划达成率为88%。结论矩阵式管理弥补了传统垂直式管理的不足,促进了硕士学历护士群体的发展及专业价值体现,提升了护理管理成效。
Objective To strengthen the management of nurses with master’s degree and improve the efficacy of management.Methods The management matrix was constructed and applied in the management of nurses with master’s degree.Results Thirty-six nurses with master’s degree attended the matrix organization,which was carried out in nursing quality,teaching,nursing scientific research and specialized nursing.The expected goal achievement rate was 88%.Conclusion The traditional vertical management was broken and the matrix organization can promote the development of nurses with master’s degree,and improve the effectiveness of management.
