摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)技术提取干、鲜玫瑰花的挥发性成分,经气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)测定,比较分析干、鲜玫瑰花的香气成分变化.分析结果表明:分别从干、鲜玫瑰花精油中鉴定出18种挥发性化学组分,干玫瑰花相对质量百分含量为90.39%,鲜玫瑰花相对质量百分含量为84.46%.干玫瑰花挥发性物质中,主要成分醛类的相对含量较高为52.95%,醇类相对含量为22.43%;鲜玫瑰花挥发性物质中,醛类相对含量为33.95%,醇类相对含量为28.12%,酯类相对含量为11.96%.可见干花中醛类相对含量较鲜花高,而鲜花中酯类相对含量较高.干、鲜玫瑰花精油中挥发性化学成分种类和含量均有明显的差别.
Headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) technology is used to extract the constituent of dry and fresh roses volatile, bullishness of chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) , and the comparative analysis of dry and fresh aroma composition in the rosesis made in this paper.The analysis results show that 18 al components are identified respectively from dry and fresh roses, and relative quality is 90.39% ,fresh roses 84.46%.In dry roses,the percentage of main components aldehyis 52.95%,and alcohol 22.43% in fresh roses.In Fresh roses the total content of aldehyde in the volatile substances is 33.95%, the relative contents of alcohol is 28.12%, the relative contents of esters is 11.96%.Therefore,the relative contents of aldehydes is higher in dry flowers, and ester is higher in fresh flowers.The types and contents show obvious dry and fresh roses volatile chemical relative content components in dry and fresh roses.
