摘要
报道了用固相微萃取法提取沉香中挥发性化学成分,用气相色谱-质谱法从沉香挥发油中分离并确定出40种化学成分,占挥发油的相对百分含量的77.70%.其中主要香气成分为α-白木香烯26.45%,白木香醇5.51%,白木香烯醇6.27%.
The volatile components of Chinese eaglewood wood are extracted by solid phase microextraction,40 components are identified by GC / MS method.The identified compounds make up 77.70 % of the total volatile substances,the main constituents are：1H-3a,7-Methanoazulene,2,3,4,7,8,8a-hexahydro-3,6,8,8-tetramethyl-（26.45%）,2-Naphthalenemethanol,1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-octahydro-alpha,alpha,4a,8-tetramethyl-（5.51%）and2-Naphthalenemethanol,1,2,3,4,4a,8a-hexahydro-alpha.,alpha.,4a,8-tetramethyl-（6.27%）.
