摘要
《食品安全导论》是食品质量与安全专业的一门重要的专业基础课,通过第一堂课《绪论》剖析热点事件,激发学生主动学习兴趣;解析最新食品安全事件,纠正学生可能的错误认识;对比国内外食品安全近况,开拓学生视野,从而提高教学质量。
“Food safety:an introduction”is an important professional basic course of food quality and safety. The teaching quality of this course can be improved by the introduction of first lesson,including stimulates the student active learning interest by profiling hot issues about food safety,corrects the probably mistakes of students by analyzing the latest food safety incidents,widens students' view by compare the domestic and international food safety status.
