摘要
目的:探讨城乡结合地区社区养老护理模式。方法:选取老年人219例,最终有效研究对象177例,其中家庭护理96例作为对照组,敬老院养老护理81例作为观察组。观察两组综合评估(CGA)评分,并进行1年的电话随访,记录不良健康事件发生情况。结果:观察组的教育程度、年收入和OPQOL-健康分数与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的跌倒和急诊治疗发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区机构护理发生不良健康事件的概率要低于家庭护理。
Objective：To explore the community pension care mode in urban and rural areas.Methods：219 elderly patients were selected,and 177 effective subjects were enrolled.96 cases of family nursing were selected as the control group,and 81 cases of nursing care in the elderly hospital were chosen as the observation group.The comprehensive evaluation（CGA）score,and 1 year of telephone follow-up of the two groups were observed.We recorded the occurrence of bad health events.Results：The educational level,annual income and OPQOL-health score of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of falls and emergency treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The incidence of adverse health events in community institutions is lower than that in family care.
